Refund policy
Users who purchase products through www.leceramicotte.com have the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with Le Ceramicotte di Giada Stefani within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods, in accordance with Legislative Decree no. 206 of 2005 (Italian Consumer Code).
Users wishing to request a return or exchange may send an email to sales@leceramicotte.com indicating their order number and request.
Le Ceramicotte is not responsible for return or exchange shipping costs, except in cases where the item has a defect recognized by the seller.
The user must ensure that their name, order number, and contact details are included inside the package.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed with the user.
Regarding the right of withdrawal, please note the following:
- the right of withdrawal is reserved for consumers under the Italian Consumer Code;
- the product, even if opened, must be intact, unused, complete with original packaging, accessories, and any fiscal document (receipt or invoice).
All returned items will be inspected. If the products do not meet these conditions, Le Ceramicotte reserves the right to refuse the return or apply a reduction to the refund amount.
The withdrawal request must be communicated within 14 days of receiving the goods by email to sales@leceramicotte.com.
Le Ceramicotte will then provide instructions for returning the product, which must in any case be shipped within 14 days from the withdrawal communication.
If the right of withdrawal is exercised in accordance with the terms and conditions indicated above, Le Ceramicotte will refund the amount paid for the product, excluding any shipping costs.
Return shipping costs and any replacement shipping costs are the responsibility of the user.
Le Ceramicotte may request the user’s tax code for fiscal purposes related to the cancellation of the commercial document and, where necessary, the user’s IBAN for processing the refund.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days from receipt of the returned product or from proof that the product has been shipped by the user.
If the conditions or deadlines for exercising the right of withdrawal are not respected, the user will not be entitled to a refund.
In the event of loss or damage to the returned products during shipping due to inadequate packaging, user negligence, or the chosen carrier, responsibility shall remain with the user.
The right of withdrawal applies only to the product in its entirety and cannot be exercised on individual parts of the product.
Pursuant to Article 59 of Legislative Decree no. 206 of 2005 (Italian Consumer Code), the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized or custom-made products created upon the user’s request.
